1. General Information
Tita Rosa’s Kitchen is a food delivery service based in Makati, Philippines. We offer freshly prepared, home-style meals delivered to your home or workplace.
2. Orders and Payments
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Cut-off Time: We start processing orders at 10am, and our last cut-off is at 7pm. Any orders made beyond that will be scheduled and delivered on the next business day.
- Payment Methods: We accept most credit / debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, Amex), GCash, QRPh, Paymaya, and GrabPay. All payments must be completed before your order is processed.
- Pricing: All prices listed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Deliveries
- Service Area: We deliver to Makati and nearby neighborhoods depending on proximity from our kitchen. Delivery availability outside our standard areas are either through third-party couriers (e.g. Lalamove) or on a case-by-case basis.
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within the time window selected, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery Fees: A delivery fee may apply depending on your location.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- These are on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. If your meal is in production, as an alternative we may issue bonus meal code/s that you can use at a later date. However, if your meal is already on delivery, there are no cancellations. You may contact us for any clarification.

5. Food Allergies and Dietary Preferences
While we take great care in food preparation, we cannot guarantee our food is free from allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten) unless specified. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and recipes, is the property of Tita Rosa’s Kitchen and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Modifications
